This Typhoon represents a late model Tiffie with 4 blade propeller, tempest tailplanes and bubble canopy. It also has the late war markings with Type C1. roundels on the wing surfaces. The decals are from Aeromaster which are out of production. I used the Barracuda resin main wheels and anti flutter tail wheel, Ultracast tempest tail planes, exhausts and 4 blade propeller as the kit only came with the 3 blade prop. The Airies cockpit for the Hasegawa kit was also used. The Pilot, Hugh Fraser destroyed an Me-262 Jet fighter with this aircraft on 14 February, 1945.
